Rationale
So I lived in Lungwah for the last semester.
One thing that I felt a bit tedious about is that to book a facility in Lungwah, I needed to go down to the security counter to book a room and come back up to my room. And when you book the room, it's the old school style-just a pen and a paper. Mark the date and time with your UID and name and etc. And when it's the time for you to use the room, you go to the security counter again to receive the key. And to receive the key from the security personnel, you need to again find the date & time, and your name in the bookkeeping list. Then finally you could go use the room (i.e. for the college that I lived in, we had a music room, studio, and Chinese cultural whatever room).
And I thought, maybe I could make a website to simplify this entire process. They book the room on the web.

UX concerns
I am actually very sick of how HKU does not care about the UX. For example, the library facilities booking system and the learning environment booking system:

I feel kinda lazy to explain what is so troublesome on above websites, but I assure you: they are not user-oriented at all. They just barely serve the purpose of 'being used', and that's it. They don't care anymore. So this is just a thing that I have to bear in my mind-the UX and the UI matter. They are crucial aspects in development.
Things needed
- Prototype & Perfect UI(Perhaps Photoshop, don't have money to buy Sketch)
- User data (Maybe read from an Excel Spreadsheet?)
- Perfect UX (I want the users to naturally know what to do without being told)
